By purchasing tips, I agree to subscribe to the Football Tips Pro tipping service. My subscription to these tipping services will cease when I have been sent the full number of tips that I have paid for and have not chosen to purchase additional tips. I UNDERSTAND THAT AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE OUR TIPPING SERVICE, DOCUMENT UPDATES, AND EXPERT SUPPORT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, STAKING PLANS, BETTING ADVICE AND FREE SPREADSHEET UTILITIES TO TRACK PROGRESS OF YOUR STAKING PLAN, and that I may cancel my order for a full refund of any monies paid to Football Tips Pro within 60 days of my initial purchase. In the event I shall elect to cancel within said 60 days, I hereby agree to remove all unused documentation and utilities provided by Football Tips Pro. I understand that the documents and utilities already used may be kept for records only.
This agreement is a subscription contract for tipping services setting forth the terms and conditions of the license to use Football Tips Pro as defined below. This agreement is terminable by either party pursuant to the terms contained herein and, unless otherwise terminated consistent herewith, shall automatically renew from year to year thereafter upon the annual subscription payment date.
TIPPING SERVICE: The term “Tipping Service” shall mean tips provided by Football Tips Pro and any other services provided by Football Tips Pro under the terms of this agreement.
GRANT OF USAGE: Football Tips Pro grants to allow subscribers only to use our tipping service and Football Tips Pro doesn’t allow tips from this subscription to be passed on to others to use. Football Tips Pro reserves the right to terminate the subscription of any member found to be distributing information from our service into the public domain.
LIMITED WARRANTY: THIS TIPPING SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOOTBALL TIPS PRO DISCLAIMS ALL FINANCIAL LOSES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO GAMBLING ON FOOTBALL TIPS PRO’S TIPPING SERVICE OR SERVICES. THE ENTIRE RISK RELATED TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE TIPS IS ON THE SUBSCRIPTION HOLDER.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOOTBALL TIPS PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF FINANCIAL, INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF ASSETS, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE TIPPING SERVICE, EVEN IF FOOTBALL TIPS PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
DEFAULT: In the event of the licensee’s default under this agreement, or if suit is brought for collection or enforcement through any judicial proceeding, the licensee agrees to pay Football Tips Pro all costs of collection and enforcement, including all legal fees, in addition to other amounts due. In the event of default, all amounts due to Football Tips Pro shall accrue interest at the highest rate allowed by law.
GENERAL: In the event the terms of this agreement conflict with any other representations, either express or implied, made by any person or contained within any materials supplied by Football Tips Pro, the provisions of this agreement shall prevail. All prices and terms are subject to change and Football Tips Pro reserves the right to increase the cost of our service upon updating website(s) outlining changes and effective date given not less than 60 days prior to the effective date thereof. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable then the provision shall be severed and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
